Pressed board and leather box containing a rare horn-handled fleam.
One end of the box contains 5 extra blades to allow variable sized incisions in the vein
The second compartment contains the fleam handle.
Simple square metal and stag handle construction.
The set screw at the end of the bar releases the blade.
The numbering on the bar and matching numbers on the blades would indicate that the shop that produced this item made multiple units or made another type of bleeder that used this style of blade. The blade is similar to those shown on the Kern's pieces.
